Theres no doubt that FPS games are the most popular types of games right now. My problem with them is that everything gets compared to Call of Duty instead of being judged as its own game but then again most FPS follow the same formula. Mario games have always been able to stand out above the rest and innovates the platforming genere. A few days ago this video came online of Mario has a FPS game came online and i was saying to my self “WHY?”.
I’m not sure about you but seeing Mario as a FPS game is just dumb. At this point theres about 3 new FPS games every month and a new Call of Duty game every year. I’m i wrong for saying i’m some what sick of FPS games? I had a blast with Killzone 3 but how much is too much?
