Today on twitter I asked if anyone has ever been to a gaming tournament and for what games. I only got 3 replies but still I encourage gamers of any level to get out and go to tournaments. Even if its just to watch. Most events are free and offer prizes. In my experience I always met great people who I still keep in touch with and we have fun together. On July 16th I will be at a NYC tournament for Monday Night MashFest, and Tomorrow (July 1) is Mashfest 6: FREE UMVC3 TOURNEY. I wont be at MashFest 6 but I will be at Monday Nigh Mash Fest on the 16th. Its always a blast to meet you guys and we have fun. Below are some of the tweets I got about attending tournaments.
