This week (August 18th, 2012) I am truly excited cause as I am writing this post we are offical 1 week away from the Pokemon Picnic. Over 100 gamers/ anime lovers are expected to show up. There will be small tournaments, cosplay, contests and of course food. Most importantly this is a great chance to come out and meet some new people. Everyone who shows up is expected to be mature and follow all the rules but at the same time this is a chance for you to geek out. Most of the hardcore Pokemon fans are young adults right now so we do not get many chances to express our love for Pokemon. Next Sunday we will have that chance and hopefully it will be a crazy fun experience for all of us. I will be very easy to spot cause I will be walking around talking to everyone. If you can’t make it then don’t worry, I will be live streaming parts of this event and taking lots of video. Check back daily because I am making sure to end this summer off right. Now back to the Pokemon Awesomeness you expect.
