Normally I do these update segments in a video from but I’m too busy to get in front of the camera right now. If you don’t already know I use this segment to talk about what is going on with the site itself and what I plan on doing. I got a couple of things to talk about so lets get to it.
Forums on Gamer Motion
I recently got a couple of suggestions to create a forum for this site. At first I thought it was a stupid idea cause I know first hand how crazy things can get with spammers, flame wars, trolls and more. After some long thinking I feel like I want to add a forum and start to build a community. The problem is that I have no experience with building forums. The idea is that the blog stays as and the forum would be in its own section. I tried a few solutions but none gave me the results I wanted so for now I feel like this project is side lined.
I feel like creating a forum would be a great way to bring gamers together but don’t we already do that with social networks? I feel like I need more thinking on this but for sure I will keep you guys updated. If anyone as experience with building forums please contact me.
Gamer Motion TV Youtube
Last month I started using this new youtube channel. I am still in the early stages of building it up but I have plans for a great content for the next few weeks. By the end of this month there should be over 50 videos posted including launch parties, interviews, vlogs, reviews and more.
New York Comic Con 2012
