One of my few regrets of this year’s comic con is that I did not get to spend enough time playing at the PlayStation booth. Every game they had one display was a game that is on my wishlist. God of War and PlayStation All Stars created a huge buzz. All you heard was positive feedback on those games. The Nintendo fans might not be happy to hear how many people was saying that All stars looks and plays better than smash bros, sorry guys. Little Big Planet Karting was on full display with motion controls, It seemed a bit awkward at first but most people got the idea.
For the PS Vita I saw Little Big Planet, Assassin’s Creed 3: Liberation and other games. I wish I waited in line to check out the latest vita titles but I had other plans. Interestingly enough, The PlayStation booth did not offer any prizes but they still had some of the biggest lines and best fan reaction. I guess with a giant Kratos statue you don’t have to do much to get attention. However Sony has done a great job at their booth at New York Comic Con. Keep making creative titles and the fans will keep lining up to play them.
