SEGA Forever launches for iOS and Android

Sonic The Hedgehog, Phantasy Star II,Altered Beast, Comix Zone and Kid Chameleon are now available for free on the App store and Google Play. These 5 games are optimized for mobile with features like features like cloud saves, controller support, and leaderboards. Why is it free? These games are ad-supported but you’ll be able to play them offline. For $1.99 you can remove the ads for each game. SEGA is planning on releasing more of their retro exclusive games in the coming weeks so stay tuned.

The first batch of SEGA Forever games has been carefully curated, boasting both blockbusters and core fan favorites; The collection will officially kick off tomorrow with five Mega Drive / Genesis titles, all of which will be available to download for free on the Google Play Store for Android devices and on the App Store for iPhone and iPad, where they will be accompanied by iMessage sticker packs:
